hello sir , please help me that i am working in a Securities company related to stock market
i am workin for 6yrs but now i have been asked to put my paper down due to non perfomane as per my organization my work profile was to generate revenue
3 times to my ctc apart from that company has a realestate buissness where if we participate in selling any property revenue will get calculated to my revenue as a
stock broking i have perform in real estate sector also
and my performance till last quater was good enough and in this quarter i have average of 1.5 time of my ctc and i z=have this month of dec 2012
where i can fight to justify my ctc but i have been asked to paper down and i have no pf, no leave enchasement, no bonus in my tenure in july i have sold two properties for which i am eligible for 40k as incentive which has yet not paid to me in 6 month please help me what can i do
