Dear Mr. Kenneth,
This is Khushboo from Thomas International.
As you know Thomas PPA is a DISC based tool. Today there are more than 150 psychometric tools based on DISC available in the market. Though the basic concept of all the tool remains the same, each tool has a different and unique scoring pattern based on the years of research gone into it.
We would be pleased to meet you personally and explain to you on how you could interpret and read the Thomas PPA Profile better.
We would also take this oppotunity to invite you for the globally acclaimed Thomas PPA - HJA certification program being conducted in Mumbai on the 27 - 28th July, 2011.
This 2 day program focusses on the mechanics of the Thomas PPA System, what it can do for employees and businesses. It explains the background and theory to the system and the terminology used. It equips you with practical skills such as how to read a Thomas PPA profile, give feedback to candidates and modify behavior to better manage teams. The workshop teaches employers how and when to use the assessments and the benefits of using the reports.
