I am working for a Travel company, its a Destination Management company. This i apparently my third year in the company.
I joined here in March 2005, i asked for an increment in March 2006, i managed to get it sanctioned only by August 2006
Now i need another increment, my Appraisal is due in August. i need to know how to approach them again?? i spoke to my boss, he asked me to draft him a letter explaining him that i want an increase.
About myself. when my department opened we were only a team of 3. Now in three years, it have developed and we are a team of 9. I have trained all the rest of my colleagues, being senior, My boss leaves me the responsibility when he is away.. but when it comes to paying me.. the question of increasing my salary never comes up, either i ask for it... or they think i am happy with what i have.. so i want to tell them that i expect a raise... please help me
