Dear All,

Our Organisation recruits huge number of employees every month. As a result the New Registration of IP in ESIC is necessary for them every month. But the problem is the entries have to be done on ESIC website one by one.

Can anybody provide a solution that I can upload the data in a single sort as we do in submitting Monthly Contribution while uploading the data.

Pls help.

Dear Friend,

For new employee registartion you can only do it one by one as the ESI has to create their IP number individually and to allocate their dispenseries like that.. so it will be beeter to find some one else who is confident and responsibile in your office to do this data entry work if your are not having time.

Bulk uploading of data can be done in ESI Portal for employees who already have insurance numbers. There is a provision for excel download wherein u can fill up all the details as per the format and upload it. This will enable you to enter all the details in one shot. For futher clarifications u can call 09830154057.

Well, you can upload all data of your employee at once, just you have to make a excel sheet as ESIC has define criteria for it. you can find the sample sheet at esic site...

Hi Friends,
I went through a small problem, while inserting IP details, mistakenly I inserted a few names in small letters while loading the names individually. Can any one suggest me how to modify and convert the same in CAPS. Because when I take the printout of the contribution paid for a particular month, it looks odd seeing some names in caps and some in small....
kindly help
