Dear All,

I need ur valuable Suggestion on following :

I was working with a Broking Firm (3rd may 2010 to 30th may 2011)in marketing dept., have got the confirmation on 15th of November.
In Mid of Feb 2011 , hv got sm arguemnt wid my Reporting Officer, he held my Salary ,and hd givn the reason of "poor performance".i had continued my job , on 10th of May hv got the official notice from HR, which stated that this month would be my last month in the organization.
Hd given my Resignation on 30th of May in that respect.
In my resignation letter, i hd demanded to release my salary of 4 months (which is on hold frm Feb-11), so that i could proceed for complition of other formalities(returning of Compny Id and laptop).
on 1st of june HR hs callled me to return the laptop( i do not hv ny intention to hold the asset of compny , bt i want to kno when i will get my F&F settelement) , she told me she cant help me in that , i need to contact my Reporting officer.
i called him , and he was not in mood to release a single penny, he ws threating me that he will ruin my releaving letter, so i cudnt find ny job aftr that( this is my 1st job and i m very nervous about the conseqnces).

plz give ur valuable suggestion, hw to gt my salary, is there ny legal option to get that.and should i wait to gt sm reply frm HR ,before returning the laptop.
Waiting 4 urs reply.

Hi,
I would suggest you to talk to the supervisor of ur RM.. Vice President or some other higher authority to resolve this matter.. HR had already told you that they can't help u in providing the relieving letter until ur RM gives any instructions to HR.
Don't make hassle, Be calm & prepare urself before going to meet some1 whom u feel will be in ur favor or atleast wil listen ur query..
If your performance was not gud enough, they should have given u the warning letter to improve ur performance..
Wait for other's suggestions also..

Hi,
these are very common in broking companies. Send the details to the head HR of the organisation with a CC to the head of your region and your supervisor mentioning clearly whatever had happened with you. A matured organisation will never take these things lightly. Please mention that you want to return the company assets without any further delay.
I am sure that you will get a communication regarding ur future course of action. Please be very humble in your mail.
I know instances where the supervisor treating employees badly resulting in employee resignations are asked to give show cause letter to HR.
If you have performed well and performance was not a reason for your termination you have the liberty to inform it to the HR head to know the actual reason.

Dear Saurav,
Do not waste any time. First of all write a letter to your the Local Labour Commissioner stating all the facts mentioned herein and do mention your intention of returning the company property. ask them to help in getting back your 4 months salary. Give the address of the regional head or the highest authority with the address of your reporting manager in that letter to Labour Commissioner. Believe me you will get your your dues in a flash with a good relieving letter.

Please be very specific in mentioning that your intention in writing the mail is to get yourself relieved from the company. Also mention that you want the process to be over ASAP as because the company asset is with you and you dont want to hold it further. Mention that you are ready to handover the assets as soon as you get a communication from the company which should be unconditional. Settlement in a normal situation takes around 3 months time.

Hi,
Please write to your Head hr about the whole incident. I would Suggest you to handover the company properties in your possession. If nothing is happening, you can take up the matter with Labour commissioner.
Definitely top management would view very seriously about your case and if they practice professional ethics and give importance to values and systems, they should process your full and final settlement without further delay.
If your grievance not redressed they you can take up the matter with labour office where you would get justice.

i would suggest you to handover the company properties and to write your grievance to higher authority. If the same has not been redressed they you can take up the matter with labour commissioner.

Greeting of the day!!
First u will take appointment and discuss with ur RM if he will not give any positive reply then u will go to higher authority (Like Head HR or VP ,etc.).

Dear Saurav ,
Before doing anything please read the appiontment letter very carefully specially the clauses about termination , salary hold matters , then first u must infrom ur Regional Head and the HR Head of your organisations stating that present situation of your F&F and asset issue , please mark this as a copy to the regional labour officer ....... Hope u'll get ur F&F ......
