Dear Seniors,
I have completed my B.A. in 2007 & then done M.B.A. (H.R. & Fin.) in 2009. Now Joined as HR manager in own business. I am facing problem while dealing with labour laws,other salary bonus related acts etc. So I want to increase my
my practical knowledge. For this purpose can u suggest me any short term course? or distance learning? Is it benificial for me? Plz reply.

In case if you want to icrease your practical knowledge on Labour Laws, i would suggest you to apply in Government Law College which is located at Churchgate....
GLC offers full time courses on labour laws...
I would suggest you to apply for it. THe admission detials and fees structure can be taken out from the website....

why dont you take guidance form any one master in labour law in contact of you, college and institute giving you only Theory cal knowledge you only got a certifiacte/degree but not practical knowledge.
I would suggest take it seriously if u want.

Dear Sanika,
You can do the Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (DLL & LW) or Masters in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (MLL & LW). For practical knowledge of statutory complainces, you can do courses offered by private institutes.
