Contract employee pressurizing to take him to roll
Dear seniors i am really grateful to you for solving many issues this time i am facing an issue with contract employee we closed his term in august 2014. he is asking us to take him to roll and taking local support of politicians and coming to factory. his behavior is not good so we removed him from the muster. in this case what exactly i have to do tackle this issue. he is under contractors roll so we not issued any letters to him. he is telling i will complain to police station and all stuff. how i have to deal with this point. can take up this on priority please.

I recently joined a manufacturing company. it is an ssi with approx 20 cr business. the practice here is they are not maintaining muster roll. when i asked the employer if it is mandatory as per law he said all our workers are on a contract basis then the contractor should prepare the muster ok up to this but all staff are on company roll even though the employer is not allowed to prepare the muster roll. please suggest to me what should i do in this respect. in last month labour inspector visited our premises he he also queried the same.

On roll/off roll confusion.
Dear all as we all know that most employer don t want to take liability of employee. in my case total employee is 110. i have only 25 employee are on roll. rest have 4 contractors but then have only total 20 employee on their on roll and maintaining only attendance and salary register and other are on off roll. as per my knowledge employer can t give labour contract in company s primisis in core process. i want to take all employee on my roll. my benefit that i will give salary sleep experience certificate proper bonus destitution and less register maintain. my question is that how can i convince to my employer to take all employee on roll? which are the point i have to consider? by which point i can convince to my employer? please need your help.

Sir in my company we do not have any employee on roll we have 100 employees from contractor. my query is should not we have some employees on roll or how many min. employees should we have? what law says how many employees can we have on roll or from contractor.or what is the ratio should be.
