Hi, cud anybody help me to design a survey questionnaire on training needs analysis for my master degree or send me a sample/template questionnaire on the subject? Thanks in advance

Where are you studying, for what, and in what mode?
Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

Really even I request you please do not ask or request for ready made projects. Because it will limit your study then observation skills and many other things.
As Simhan sir always tells in his responses to the queries related to Projects do see the URL provided by him also make habit of using Google as its like helping uncle for all.
Herewith I take pleasure to mention my gratitude to Simhan sir for helping me through out in my project. He is helping and guiding me from the time before I started with actual project on company floor.
He is helping me like my own Professor of institute; he is not giving me spoon feeding but he is guiding me with all his expertise and prompting me to go ahead with good material and deep insight for the project.
Also, want to request freshers who ask for this kind of help please please do mention all the necessary information in advance then it becomes easier & precise for others to help the person in best possible way.
