Hi Dear,
I was working with one of the 60 years old manufacturing cement industries. I have worked with that industries for 2 years.
I have resigned that company 3 month ago due to some personal problem. But my resignation is not accepted on that time.
Now again I am thinking for resignation by written as well as through My personal E Mail ID.
If this time again my resignation is not accepted, can I leave my job after my notice period of 3 month from date of submission of my resignation.
Kindly help me on this matter

Hi Prashant,
Try and communicate with your organization to persuade them to accept your resignation. But, plz go through your company's policy before leaving your job on completion of your notice period. In case of some company's , there's a policy of monetary compensation to be paid by the employee as.
You can also read your appointment letter once again and find out a strong clause of sepearation.
Good luck!

They have no right not to accept your resignation unless some mischievious cases are pending against you. pon

Get back to this discussion forum only after it gets rejected.
Why do you want to think on its chances of being rejected?
Life is too precious and short to be wasted on such thoughts..
Past is past, focus on the present; on the NOW :)
If something like that happens again, we ll think on what should be done..
I hope you will take my point in the right spirit...
