I have completed my BE and joined and MNC and working since 6 years.
I have completed MBA through Distance learning from Sikkim Manipal University.
Now i am planning to take up Phd programme and need information on Which Institutes would offer Phd Programmes and am i eligible for Non Manangement topics like (eg Life Sciences, Forestry or Wildlife)Line?
Which are the options and topics available to do Phd in India with my above said background ie BE(mech) and MBA from Distance learning.

Its a passion for me since my childhood and also a field to which i am exposed through my NGO activities parallelly to my work.
So just want to know if i have such kind of options in India where i can develop and improvise my skill base.
If not what would be the options available ?
Based on that i would like to take up the decission.

Actually I want to do Phd in HRM & need some recent topics related to HRM so that I can carry out my research and prepare my thesis.
Pls suggest me some good topics & help me in finalizing my research topic.
