Hello everyone,
I am pursuing a project on recruitment process in retail .
I aim at making seperate questinaires for the stores , head office and the H.R.team .
But, i am nt clear about how to design a questionaire ...
Plzzzzzzz help me with the questionaire.

Hi Kriti!

Don't worry yaar. Its is very easy onece you are clear about the objectives of study. First you frame out what are your objectives in doing that project on a piece of paper and then just guess from your knowledge what may be the replies for your querries.

Or else just go through the book of "Business Research Methods" by
Donald R Cooper it helps u a lot. See the topic some where related the research tools. u will find how to frame a questionnaire and what are the different scales you can use.

If u still get any querries u can contact your guide along with that book.

Well i basically need to frame a questionaire fr sports and fashion outlt , this wuld include the store staff as wel as the head office .

Thanx fr the reply and my objective of the study is to study the existing recruitment and selection structure of the organisation and then to suggest a model aplcable in rtail industry
