Respected All,

I have a query related to career.
A person(31 years of age ) who qualified M.Com + Master Dipl in Computer Applications ( 2 Year) ( PG Diplama in Personnel Management- 1 Year( Results awaited)+ 3 Year Experience in Computer field + 5 years expereince as Accounts-cum-stores Executive, what will be his next position in his career. What designation he should expect?

Kindly guide me.

I have gone through your question. I feel you are much aspire about the position.
Okay, you have sufficient qualification and expereince in computers & accounts. If you are in Accounts last 5 years then why did you pursue course in Personnel mgt. I feel, you should do some course in finance or costing which help for your career.

You are young man and must focus on learning things every day and add maximum knowledge about your field in mind. Sharpen your skills. Simulteneously, you should work on Personality Development. The promotion & money automatically behind you. Keep patience.
