How to deal with an employee who is caught cheating the co.
Dear friends one of our employee on overseas assisgnment has been caught manipulting accounts and cheating the company. few documents have come to light which shows the manipulation and dishonesty. how should we handle him. should the police complaint be filed or he just packed and sent back. please suggest how to handle so that company image is not sullied and at the same time the message goes that one can t get away after messing around. thanks anil k chopra

My employee is been cheating with our company by working for another firm sitting in my office as freelancer and sending all data include vendors cost client etc to another firm. i want to take action against him legally how can we go about for the same. we would also like to take action against the company where the data is passed. kindly advise

Dear all one of our employees died in a road accident i went to the employee provident fund website for exit and i have given two alternatives in the exit reason a death of service or death away from service. please advise to me which option i should do.
