what will be renewl fee for factory licence of a power plant

Hi ,

I am working in a boimass based power plant situatated at Bilaspur ( Chhattisgarh ). we have paid fee for renewal of our Factory licence as per Madhya Pradesh Factories Act. 1962 rule -6 anusuchi ( c ). My question is that should we will have to pay fee as per rule -6 anusuchi ( a ) also.

Pl. clarify me regarding fee for renewal of factory Licence.

Hi, Manish

As per the Factories Act. 1948, the occupier has to renew the Factory license by 31st of Deceber every year.

The state Govt. is an administrative authority and have powers to make rules to regulate & contorl the Act in the state.

As per the state rules, the govt. may fix the license fee for different rates for differnet sectors basing on the manpower engaged and power (electricity) used in the respective unit.

For your unit, you may get the license fee details from the The Inspector of Factories (Your District), Dept. of Factories Inspector.

I have read your answer about renewal factory lincese . but i tried mylevel best to know about the procedure / forms & doc./fees structure/ last date for deposit fees and where to deposit for the above. If you can give the detail or link or any other shortcut to renew the factory act license for chandigarh - haryana, i shall be very thankful to you.
