2 - Appreciate your intelligence for trying to FIND IMAGES that best suit your 10 tips.

Hi Rishi,
thank you for those tips on training. However, I did not see anything on follow up. Events do not change behaviour; it is the process that follows the event that leads to changed behaviour. Training is just an event.
