Default HR On Outsourcing

Hello,

i am working as a HR professional and i have a query on outsourcing HR fuctions.
we(means all HR) do many roles like, recruitment, payroll, etc. but if we start outsourcing it then what will be our role in an organization?
will it restrict to supervision?

and if yes then will it not affect the indispensable part of HR in any organization?

kindly reply to this

outsourcing the administration part like qttendance/leaves/ salary disbursement/ medical/ pf/ esi can be safely done

are there not TPA or third party administraors involved in majority of insurances. reason is convenience to all. if an HR person or employee himself supposed to do the rounds at the insurance company's office regarding documentaion opf a claim, would it be to any benefit.

yes there would be fewer people on board if you belong to a small company and even lesser things on your plate if your company is not progressive enough.
