Hello Friends,
I started with my 2 years PG diploma (Distance learining), from Welingkars with the thought that it is similar to MBA...
But than some of my friends told me it is just a certificate which will not add the value....
so after completing my first year of PG I droped the idea of continuing it....
can any one suggest me should I complete my specialisation...
currently I am working as Executive in Recruitment.......
Do you think PG will help me further???

Any qualification is better than nothing. However, any distance learning programme has less value than an equivalent full-time programme.
Have a nice day.

Hi ...
company will paying for knowledge not for certificate, so certificate is required for eligibility for applying the job, but getting the job is up to your skill, don't down your morale.
Grow, rich & sharpen your skills to computation.
