wish u had also added how to care for this very precious organ of our body like washing them with lukewarm water and cold water daily, eating carrots, doing eye exercises (also see: http://www.wikihow.com/Exercise-Your-Eyes)after every 20 minutes of working on the computer etc., adjusting (lowering) the brightness of computer, television etc.
