stress questionnaire

dear all,

i m still struggling to find out a clear questionnaire for evaluating and understanding stress level in a call center which is a segment of BPO.. kindly guide me to get a questionnaire which satisfies the validity and my requirements.. please help me as early as possible...

Dear Vihasini,

You can refer to the basic Stress Causes and Stress Management articles and design a questionaire,no matter the industry for which you work the basics remain the same. You can perhaps go for a presentation on Stress Management as a part of your Inhouse Training Program which will help your employees a lot

You may refer to the following websites:

1. www.jeassociates.com/eap/stress_inv.html - Homes and Rahe inventory is well known among psychological profesionals. But it may not be very relevant for measuring stress only.

2. http://www.time-management-guide.com/assess-stress.html
I am not sure about the reliability and validity of the tool.

3. Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised (http://www.sigmaassessmentsystems.co...ments/osir.asp) - This would be relevant for your purpose but may be a little costly.
