Dear All,

I have to take training session in Emotional Intelligence,so please help me with some inputs.

I should take "What is EI?" and some basic things.

Dear Rekha,

The emotional Intelligence is an assessment tools which is very widely used in an industry to assess an individual on very large and broad sprectrum.. Please go into the nitty-gritty of the subjects and you will find more info regardings...

Please search some material on google and other websites..
