I need help on a project of 1000 words of the importance of HR Dept in a hotel that is expanding but having problems of retention, absenteeism and high turnover. The HR Consultant needs to write to the MD who is not in favour of HR Dept for the hotel chain, convincing him what HRM does and how it will benefit the hotel group and increase profitability. Also explain what might happen if individual managers are allowed to continue being solely responsible for the HRM in their hotels.

HRM is needed in any organisation from entry till exit or recruitment to retirement. only when HRM is well managed, then the employees can give in their best to the organization. If individual mangers mange , there'll be no uniformity in culture, environment, discipline, and functioning of the organization. If the individual manager, exits your organization, there may be lack continance of uniformity, which may lead to a high attrition rate.
But, if there's a proper HR team, exit of one individual from it due to any reason, will not affect the organization or its people atleast in regards mentioned ahead. So, HRM into any orgaization is necessary.
