Is llb a right option?
Hello friends i am working as hr in a organisation and want to pursue llb course. i want to know whether doing llb will be a right option after hr? will it help in any way in future ?

Dear seniors i have 8yrs of experience in hr & admin profile almost all the dept in hronly not in statutory compliance. i did after that llb too. now i am looking for a job change if i applied for a manufacturing organization they rejected me because of no prior experience in compliance. if i go for the corporate sector there they doubted on my llb degree there also i got rejected. so i was confused about what to do. i did llb only for further growth in hr.
Solvent plant minimum wages - which type of minimum wage (engg or non-engg) will be applicable?
Greeting seniors i am working for solvent plants neem biopesticide bio fertiliser frozen muter plant and food plant. recently i have joined this organisation. dear senior i want to know which type of minimum wage engg or nonengg will be applicable. or where we can get this information.

Hi all we are a manufacturing unit in rudrapur. we are paying our manpower contractors as per minimum wages engg units which are higher than normal minimum wages for non engg units. please guide do we need to pay security service provider as per engg unit wages or non engg unit wages because we are paying for guards not for teahnical work.
