Hi all..........i find this forum very intersting...Hope i would get good suggestions out of you.........

m a software engineer working in a reputed MNC for the past 1 year..I have a strong passion in becoming HR..
I have decided to do MBA(HR) as a distance education since i dont want to leave the job.......
is there any oppurtinity for a software engineer to become an HR consultant in any company and doing my diploma in MBA part time?????????
