Hi Jenifer Divya:
Nice to see your maiden post in this forum.
I have seen your biodata and felt impressed by your cirrocular and extra-curricular activities. You are an out and out electronics technocrat. Having presented papers in national and international forums and done upto PG in Electronics if you take up a technical career in your field of specialisation, you will be able to use your technical knowledge for the betterment of the industry as well as yourself. Your career also will take off very fast and you will be able to reach some senior levels within some five to seven years. HR is also a very technical profession after prescribed courses of study. My suggestion for you is to focus on your technical career for some years initially to encash all your technical knowldge and later study management also so that you will be able to grow further in the hierarchy.
All Good Lucks.

Hi
I completely agree with Sundarrajan's suggestion. With your kind of academic excellence, it is imperative that you leverage your technical expertise to contribute and grow in the corporate world. After a few years if you still believe that your heart is in HR, your hands on experience would be the big differentiator for you to get a senior lateral opening in the HR side too.
Meanwhile, I would also suggest that you get your resume modified to make it look more professional. For example in the last para of your resume the word 'swear' is completely jarring.
Best Wishes
