Behavioural tests [MBTI. FIRO-B, 16 PF]

Hi all,

I need some help on behavioral tests like MBTI. FIRO-B, 16 PF etc. I need to
administer these tests for hiring purposes.
Could you suggest where can I find either online or paper-pencil versions of
these test, along with the scoring and analysis.

Also, if you could suggest some sales aptitude tests, to assess the selling
potential of the candidate and his/her suitability for the sales role.

hi,

All such tests are proprietary and licensed and any free stuff/online
tests should be used with caution as they might not be standardised.

To buy the MBTI and FIRO B (along with others) you need to contact CPP
check out http://www.cpp.com/

I still can't figure out why people use tools like MBTI and FIRO B for
recruitment purposes. These tools are necessary to be of a
developmental nature and used in a individual or organizational
diagnostic setting.

Do you have competency maps for the roles you want to "implement these
tests" for? What dimensions are you looking at?

Rightly Said Gautham, I dont see why one needs to use MBTI or Firo-B for recruitment purposes. YOu have other tools like tyhe 16 PF [all reports] that can act as qualitative/quantitative inputs for the right hire.!

You can buy the MBTI from Manasayan, New Delhi. They represent CPP in India.

I asked the publisher of the MBTI if the MBTI is to be used in the hiring process and they said "No." If you want to assess for job fit, use a job fit assessment.
