Apologise to have missed writing it...I assumed it being a behavioral test subject...
I meant psychometric/behavioral tools for the sales / business dev fusntion in the IT sector??

There are thousands of tests that are commercially available. But I never get satisfied unless I develop a test or tests for the purpose or readapt a test or tests at least with minimum requirements of psychometry.It depends upon the purpose of the tester.

MR. MAHANTA,
The sites, I have suggested do not provide ready made
sales oriented tests package.
The buyer has to provide their requirements in sales criteria
for modifiction
or
the buyers can themselves modify the tests package.

Thanks for clarifying your earlier post. This actually conveys what you meant.
But still remains a problem. There was a test supplier in India. He was a D.Sc. and had earned enough fortune by test construction/supply business. But what the saying used to go was- Order him to day for a test battery to measure the intelligence of street dogs and tomorrow he will supply it with all technical details.
i have not tested the veracity of this heresay but what I am empasising that it is better to be self sufficient.

You can find these tests in the books authored by Dr. D.M Pestonjee & Udai Pareek.I don't remember the exact title of the book.
