HI, My name is Rajitha , I'm faceing some minor problems in the interview where I'm Unable to answer few HR Question. recently i have attend an Interview where the HR as asked me questions like.
1. Why you choice a Consultancy and Why not an MNC to work?
2. Why do to want to become an HR Executive ?
These were the two question where I faced a problem in answering. Even when i answered the Question I'm not satisfied with the answer what i gave. So please Kindly Help me out with few TIPS HOW to FACE such type of questions.

Also, why you choose a consultancy over an MNC, the answer can only come from you as my reasons may differ from yours.

1.Why did you Choice a Consultancy and why not an MNC to work?
My answer to it was, the consultancy Functions very differently when Compared to an MNC and they are many things we need to learn to be an HR .
2. Why do you want to be an HR Executive ?
My answer was i like HR profession and i have a like taking interviews ,so i just choice to be an HR executive.
These were the answers which i gave but i still fell these answer are not matured and correct answer for the questions. so just help out how to face such questions.
