I was working at Chennai branch of Mumbai head quartered publishing company from Nov 2007 to Aug 2010.Resigned my job for better career prospects.Employer accepted my resignation and relieved me from my duties. After 60 days submitted my PF withdrawal form for processing. When I followed with employer regarding the status I was informed that they got recovery for short notice from me and will not process the PF unless it is paid.
I request experts of this forum to suggest me the way out to withdraw my PF.
Current company doesn't deduct PF and i'm unable to transfer the same because of it.
Please suggest me the way out for this.

Dear Anbumagesh,
You can directly send the Claim forms to PF authorities with a Gazetted officer's signature.
I am enclosing the forms for your reference.
All the best,
