hi..i am pragati.working with MNC COMPANY i have to see hr work for nasik branch and my seniors working in pune branch and my main boss is in banglore.......now here i am on probation and my banglore main boss coeing here to see whether i am capable in hr department or not now i have one month within that period i have to keep updated all files as well as what i have to do plz suggest.........as well as my nasik branch GM told me to show ur capability as well as my ideas... suggestion...here just new branch start as per my puna boss give me forms i am fallowing that.

Firstly cud you please let me know how many peoples you are in your department. As you said you are at Nasik Branch of your organization and looking after this HR activities there, it mean you are the head of the department. Right?
See the thing is that you dont need to think whether you are on probation period or not but to show your work there. How you are functioning there and how much it is effective. If you are a most senior person of your HR department, you must be aware of all the HR related activities and now you just have to show that you are running your department smoothly.
Your Boss would like to see your system that how you are function/working at every level. So just be ready with your work...

i am thinking whatever work i am doing here in nasik branch i can show it through ppt as he have no time to stay here he is comeing from banglore ato puna branch as well as nasik branch.....my work profile is like suppose if i have recruit then i have to complete that all application for formality i have to send it to puna branch n ol then ol pf, ESIC, WORK DONE BY puna BRANCH......like that many things like if in nasik branch some have salary issue or any confiramation letter issue then that time i contact ma puna boss but they are not doing there work then these nasik branch ppl raise issue.....i am doing my best but from puna response not comeing for that particular issue what to do?
