Why are you in need of a 10-point questionnaire? What do you mean by 10-point: ten questions or Likert's 10-point type questions? What are you doing and where?
If a student, then what course are you on, where and studying in which mode? If the research is for your final project, where do you intend to do your study? Have you not got a tutor guide in your institution that is supposed to give you directions and help?
Have you attended Research Methodology module? If not please search for Research Methodology and see my post at CiteHr; it contains a ppt presentation on that topic.
I raise questions before giving answers for two reasons: one, to get the scenario clarified to enable me to give the correct advice; two, to enable the person seeking answers to hep her/himself first and then post a draft response and seek help to improve it.

I have a sincere, honest, humble, kind, request addressing PROPRIETOR & SUPER MODERATORS of this website. Many others had submitted, similar request earlier.
1) There is a need for modifications(website) that should alert and guide new members "HOW BEST THEY CAN UTILIZE THIS WEBSITE, IF THEY FOLLOW MANDATORY PROCEDURES".
2) SMS LANGUAGE. This should be avoided.
3) RECOMMENDATIONS - I hope there are many members who are expecting valuable information under the link RECOMMENDATIONS but it is filled with HUMOR. It doesn't take much time to loose REPUTATION which took years to ESTABLISH IT.
Could you please look into these issues and make this website MORE HRM ORIENTED(website name itself promoting HR), that could do more than needful. Someone has to take initiative to bring necessary changes else it will continue forever. I sincerely hope, there are matured/experienced professional who can do it.

Of all the different sections of the CiteMan Network, CiteHr is the most popular. I think there is a need to start another section, solely for the use of students seeking help with their assignments and projects (Call it CiteStudents), and redirect all such posts to that one. Thereby, the standard of posts at CiteHr will become more professional, as it is these youngsters that use SMS language.

I owe my sincere thanks to you, for your kind reply.
The only reason why i had to highlight this drawback because I had suggested my students to make best use of this website but they are matured enough to point out mistakes which was address by many other members. I was really surprise to see their common sense and maturity levels its just because i thought them good habits/things and they wanted to practice the same...
I don't want my students to learn NEGATIVE TRAITS. It takes a lot for one to master ENGLISH LANGUAGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and i am scared that if we promote SMS LANGUAGE and HUMOR beyond its limits then output will differ.
Hope i haven't exceeded my limits by addressing the right issues which i found in CITEHR.

we are instructed to prepare a questionnaire of 10 QUESTIONS each for HR MANAGERS AND NON HR STAFF and get it filled from any company.
