 Exit Interview format.
Hi Folks,
We are in the process of desigining a report on Exit Interviews. we have a format but i think that needs some ammendment. This report is sent to the management every month with the findings,some how I find that the report is not serving the purpose. therefore I request professionals in HR to kindly asssist me in by way of some format for exit interviews or by way of information on how this report can be designed which is conclusive and which serves purpose. YOur assistance on the above query will be of great importance.
