There is rumour in our office that Gratuity Law has been changed in New Law instead of five years Employee with two or more than two years are entitled for Gratuity however I am not able to confirm this news from any where please let me know if anyone of you have also heard something of similar type if yes then please educate me on this.

Hi ashish There is no such amendment in th Payment of gratuity Act, 1971. the eliblity to claim the gratuity is still 05 years service with the company. regards Prasad
