Dear All,
I am working in an IT company and was required to make KPI's for Functional consultants and support team.I have made the KPI's but stuck on how to measure them as in what scale to use and how to go about it.
Would really appreciate if anyone would help me on this.

Dear Gunjan,
You upload here whatever work you have done. Some senior member will come forward and will help you. Secondly, you need to give job description also.
Remember one thing - KPIs are measured on quality, quantity, cost and time. Also keep in mind what resources were consumed to generate certain output.
Thanks,

Hi All,
Thanks for your feedbacks.
Actually we have drafted a questionnaire separate for functional consultants and customer support which we will get it filled from our clients on the basis of which we will measure thir performance and also KPI;s.
Now the problem is I need to measure their KPI's from those questions. How to do it and what scales to be adopted.
Thanks
Gunjan
