We have never had a course like this, even the COO was impressed which is not an easy accomplishment. The training tools and game far exceeded anything we have done before and the trainer was very professional in the facilitation
I had often recommended branded course but got shot down, this was the second one we have done, it has set a new precedent

The hero's way is definitely a book to read and highly advisable to organizations such as mine.
I always believe that in order for us to be a good leader , we should start in becoming a good follower.
That way we know exactly how a follower thinks and work in every instructions we send out.
I will Integrate this kind of methodology to my next team building seminar.

We have a similar issue, management does not see the value of branded courses, although I personally have paid for and attended Stephan Covey’s 7 habits - that was also a great course

Have heard about this program and I was wondering how much would this cost my company?
can Mr. Carmazzi himself can do the program and travel to my country?
Recently having difficulties motivating my employees which greatly affects the workforce productivity.
Please send me a message or post the answers to my questions here.

How can we integrate this course in each of the departments of our institution? The human resource manager of ours highly recommends the team to undergo this course. We were planning to have this team building/leadership training type of course to inject quality work output inside and out of the organization within the next three months.

I am very impressed by this program. The facts are very credible. I can attest to the trueness of the details being discussed. Being an underdog of an incompetent manager with leadership crisis is not good. I would like to recommend this to our top level management. This can help supervisors build self-esteem. I hope Japanese managers will approve this one.

Hi all, sorry I didnt reply earlier. the contact person we arranged this with was Steve at Directive Communication (Asia), his contact email is we had Arthur Carmazzi do it himself but that is because our CEO didn't mind to spend the money. We were offered other local trainers too at about half the price. I highly recommend it.

Hi Athena,
I agree with you. Apart from the Hero's way program from Directive Communication International, I also feel that the TTT(Train The Trainer) program that Directive Communication has to offer is wonderful. It offers great value and results are seen almost immeditely in the organization once applied. I think that this is a great tool for any trainer or organization.

I have heard and read more about Arthur Carmazzi and the valuable teachings he brought to groups of people like us. This will be another interesting leadership and management event to look forward to. Thank you for this information Athena.
