What ever "Certified" Trainer program you decide on, make sure it is accredited. Lots of so called certified programs have nothing behind them

Hi

Imagine you are a trainer and want to offer your services to an organisation. What do you think they would like to see? Certifications or experience? Out of the two experience gets more priority usually. So as everyone said, if u have the knowledge, confidence and good oratory skills, voila you can become a trainer.

Once you take a session, you will know how to improve and how to capture the audience better. Your letters of recommendations/ compliments from organisations are the certificates required. I have been a member of ISTD too, but i feel only your skills will take you ahead.

All the best

Dear Tishu,
I know of one such association by the name "Junior Chamber International". Kindly log on to their website and find out if they have a branch in your city. The enrollment fee must be around 2000-2500 per year. You need to attend a series of training programs through them to climb in the training ladder. After 2 years, you would be certified as a JCI National Trainer, which you might use for your training career. Meanwhile, you would also be called as a resource person through JCI, for which they offer good honorarium. Kindly check it up, I hope that it might help.
