Dear L&D.ASH,
It is a decent efforts to try and plan the training evaluation.
Yet a major AOI is the need to define the kind of training (Technical Skill Based or Soft Skill / Behavioral Based). It is crucial as the evaluation differs in a lot of ways between the two kinds.
Overall, a technical training is much easier to analyze and calculate the ROI, whereas a soft skill session evaluation is difficult and may be objective.
Still it is a good beginning and I appreciate you contributing to the community.
