Its not a organization structure you have just shown divided the area of responsibility ....org structure should also show the no of manning and it should be flat so it gives clear idea of responsibility and smooth functioning.

vikas ur efforts are appriciable, but i thing i want to suggest u to modify is COURT CASES are not the role of HR department, Court cases are dealt by LIASON Dept. as one of our cite members' suggestion members who are responsible for certain activities should also be mentioned in Departmental structure.
