Pf - what is the penalty / punishment for late /non payment?
Dear seniors a company is late by 56 months as of now in payment of pf liability. in fact nothing have been deposited after february 2015. some of the employee have resigned/ left /retired during this period. i would like to know the consequences for the following cases arising out of this late payment/ non payment. 1. one employee resigned on march 31 2015 and got his pf settlement in the month of august 2015. it is assumed that his account has been settled without the contribution of march 2015 since it is not yet deposited. how he will be paid his legitimate claim. 2. similarly if an employee resigned on may 2015 and transferred his pf without the contribution from march to may 2015. how this 3 month contribution shall be credited to his account. 3. what is the penalty / punishment for such late /non payment can be imposed on the employer if any body raise a complain to the authority. 4. please note no one was assigned any uan before they left. thanks & regards
Late coming memo to employees
Hi good morning all recetly we started implimenting a new policy where if the employee comes late 3 times in a month should be issued late memo and also intimating him that from next late onwards his halfday leave will be deducted for each late. this memo should be given to each employee by keeping a cc to the concerned dept head. can you please provide me sample late memo format. devanur
Help required for esi registration
Dear all i have recently joined a it company here we have 36 employees in feb 2012 we have 20 employees all r getting more than 16000 salary but due to some projects we hire 16 more employee in march 2012 all are junior level employee getting less than 15000 salary. our company was established in 2008 but as all emp are exempted from esi we have not applied for esi number. now we want to register in esi coverage. what is the procedure? do we have to pay any penalty for late registration ? if yes how much penalty will be charged? thanks meenakshi
Late coming policy
Hiye can anyone guide me on coming " policy as in my office staff is coming late we are already considering the following but what are your suggestions or if anyone can send policy on late coming please. our office timings are 930hrs to 1800hrs we have given grace period of 3 time late coming uptill 10 00hrs any one coming late after 10 am is marked half day any one coming late i.e. after 930 hrs for more than 3 times are marked half day one short leave of 2 hrs is being granted in month. counselling has been done written and verbal requests/ instructions/ memo has been issued ...but still not much improvement. can anyone guide the right policy on late coming to enable us to improve attendance & discipline. regards sheetal
