Both the ppts are nice. In today's competitive world, it hurts to see that Ethics have taken a back seat.
The reminders are nice and every recruit must first get exposure to Company Ethics during Induction.
In fact within a few days of joining this network I could get excellent information on diverse topics such as: ways of handling Trainings, Auditing Training Program, Leadership & Management Retaining Talents to exit.
I joined the network newly and am happily surprised to see such a talented pool contributing such an excellent material for the benefit of not only younger entrants but what could be useful for seniors as well. Rarely have I seen such a pool of talented professionals sharing their knowledge for free and I am saying this after having worked for 27 years in research followed by being a consultant to Pharma Industry for 18 years.
CiteMan Network deserves kudos for such an outstanding work

Dear Mr. Ranjith
It is the AREA where HRM need to concentrate to maintain disciplinary standards within an organisation. This will also conver HOW TO COPE UP WITH STRESS AND WORK UNDER PRESSURE....
Please understand that, those who cant cope up with STRESS and work under PRESSURE will destroy WORK CULTRE or WILL NEVER FOLLOW WORK ETHICS.
With profound regards

Subject - Work Ethics
Both the presentations are excellent & very well convey the meaning of " Work Ethics ". I stronly feel that " Work Ethics " are no different from " Ethics " in general.
The same principles apply in all fields of life including Work place & Home.
Being a Simple person ( which is most difficult to become in true sense) with transparency in activities, doing ones duty even when no one is looking at you & occassionally reflecting on life & correcting the the mistakes done is what I call is ETHICS.
" Work Ethics " also includes not visiting Citehr website in office time.
