Dear Seniors,
I had been enrolled for the MBA Program from ICFAI but due to some unconditional circumstances I am not able to continue with the same. Accordingly I had informed the university, have sent them emails, have sent them letters stating that I won’t be able to continue with the program, they are sending me legal notice that I have to continue with the same and if not they will take a legal action.
Seniors please tell me what sort of university is this?? Inspite of telling them that I don’t want to continue they are sending me letters. Is this the way any university treats with their students even though I had spoken to their executives??
Please help.
Regards,
Neelam.

Hi Neelam,
Try to speak to there seniors not executives, as the executive level staff have some targets to achieve.
Get the email ID of there centre head or visit there office at Andheri (w), its near the station.
Do not worry they cannot take any legal action.
All the Best

Dear Mr. Sajad,
I am not able to reach any seniors of this university and the result to this is they have sent a legal letter stating that "its a criminal case and the cheques are dishonored & they will take legal action on tht".
Seems like this ICFAI is a fraud. Inspite of informing them not to deposit the remaining PDC's, they deposited the same in every month. Seems like they can only cheat with people.
Please send in your views on the same to take action from my side.
Regards,
Neelam.

Hi Neelam.
Dear We r with you. Better you take some legal advice so that you would be able to claim your right.
Its a high time to take step or else it will late dear...for them u r not a single one they may be doing or had done with somebody else also. So better think it on another way and take some steps.
Discussed it with your seniors and take some guidance too.
