I need to send final reminder letters to employees across the company requesting them to provide proof of investements made during the current financial year in order to calculate TDS, for the current financial year i.e. April 10 to March 11. It needs to be smart, but polite. Will any body suggest the way I need to write so that none is hurt or get ill-feeling.
