Dear Alok Under which State rules you are looking for the forms. Are they related to annual returns or muster cum-wage register. Please give an idea

Dear Sir, My principle employer is Rial Vikas Nigam Limited (Central Govt.) in Maharastra. I think here Minimum Wages Act Central Rules is applicable.. according to you..........? Regards Alok

If basic is 6500 and above , then company have option to deduct PF , Rs780/- ie.,12% of 6500/- or actual 12%. If company deduct actual 12% of basic for above 6500 basic range, then employer contribution also should be same .

Dear Alok Rail Vikas Nigam would come under Central Rules & you can follow the forms given under these rules. -  Member Since: Feb 2011
our company CEO Gross salary 120000pm. and basic is 71000pm. compay deduct pf 12% 8520/-of the actual basic please tell me what is pf deduction.from employer side and also Edli,admin charges.
