Dear Sir, My principle employer is Rial Vikas Nigam Limited (Central Govt.) in Maharastra. I think here Minimum Wages Act Central Rules is applicable.. according to you..........? Regards Alok

Hi
If basic is 6500 and above , then company have option to deduct PF , Rs780/- ie.,12% of 6500/- or actual 12%. If company deduct actual 12% of basic for above 6500 basic range, then employer contribution also should be same .
