its ok i can understand your question. please listen the answer now, every kind of govt dues have a penalty @1% per month but if i am right then no penalty is applicable on pf and esic.

i have a question regarding HRA. is there any way by which i can claim HRA benefit .
the question is i get HRA from my employer .. but i stay along with my father . and hence i could not claim hra benefit .
is there any way by which i can do so while making my IT file , by showing that i apay rent to my father.
