Hi to all my name is amit.can any one tell me the process or steps of auditing.as i have to do the internal auditing of company.as i never done auditing.kindly give your responses if u have any idea or suggestions. thxs :roll:
Can we employees of a & b demand esi/pf since we are working from c location even though we actually work for firm a or b?
Boss has 3 different firms say a b & c all in the same locality. after lockdown for ease she has told employees of firm a & b with accounts kind of work to report to firm c and carrying out our actual job from there since she does not visit all firms regularly after lockdown and we all are told to maintain strict social distancing. now firm c has esi/pf with 13 employees but a & b have 1 & 4 employees respectively hence no esi/pf. can we employees of a & b demand esi/pf since we are working from c location even though we actually work for firm a or b? note: all 3 firms have different work. a service provider b logistics provider c manufacturing unit. all a b & c firms work for each other and other clients related to the specific business. for example a provides service to both b & c and to other clients as well and same goes with the other firms.
File two itr - proprietorship firm's name and second on his personal name?
Hi i have the following query: 1. if a person has a proprietorship firm and a pan card on the firms name then will he have to file two itr one on firms name and second on his personal name or as he has to file only one return on the proprietorship firm. 2. for a professional or for a proprietorship firm what is the exempt amount for life insurance home loan and vehicle loan. waiting for your support. thanks & regards miss akansha.

Dear all hr experts it has been noticed that some of the recruitment firm and companies are not dealing in fair and jusitfied manner and therefore as a job seeker we sometimes do not feel like trusting to such recruitment firm and companies. in recent incident a call was made by recruitment firm for some position. the profile of the candidate was lacking some part. the recruitment firm made changes in job profile of the candidate in resume and almost copied the similar responsibilities mentioned in jd. in another incident a employee was promised by the company that he will be given extra benefits in form of incentives verbally however such benefits never given by the company even though the target is achieved. dear hr experts we seek your guidance in how to check the trust worthy ness of company and recruitement firms. like the company check employee s reference back ground etc. can we check the genuineness of recruitement firm the company hr practices etc. unfortunately we do not have any interactive platform for employees to share their experiences and guidance to juniour employees while working in organisations. regards to all.
