Hi All,

I am joining a telecom company at a middle level in HR. I am supposed to formulate policies and procedures for the same . And also hire people upto the senior level.
I am not from the industry so kindly suggest me on the same and also suggest me some good vendors for telecom hiring in Delhi / NCR

I am working as a recruiter in a telecom COmpany in Bangalore.
Among all consultancies I guess, ALP is the best and next is
Carriere Maarque...Just check them out...we are dealing with them..
