Kirit Indeed a good presentation. I have seen many presentations in this forum which are generic and/or do not have a continuity or are too simplistic......... Must congratulate you for giving a presentation which is clear, without any papraphernalia ( photos, graphics), full of content. Kudos keep the good show going.

As I am also working in the same industry was planning to do a research in my company regarding the same were questionnaires will be provided asking them how they will behave to different scenarios. Do comment if you have any suggestions for the same.

But the book has lot of pictures & Details since it has been written by an expert. If you happen to go to Crossword, you can just check it out. I will also let you know if can get the name of the book.
