I have joined as a new and only HR of a growing Company.
My Superior has asked me write a Promotion Letter to the COO of the Company ,promoting him to Executive Director.
He has asked me to frame a rough copy mentioning Profit sharing clauses in it.
Can you all please help me giving any rough copy of Appointment Letter or Promotion Letter to Executive Director with Profit Sharing Clauses.
I need it urgently .....Please Seniors Share......
