Hope you are fine, Please help me to know the roles & responsibilities of an HR Manager in the Hospital. actually i am currently working in a construction company as a assistant manager HR and have an opportunity to join a reputed Hospital. As there are so many differences in the working of my existing company and new offered organisation, thats why i am seeking your help regarding this. Seniors, please guide me in detail, the working of an HR Manager in Hospital. The hospital management is establishing a new branch in another city and i have to make a setup from the beginning. I have searched in this forum but could not find suitable posts. please please let me know the roles, responsibility, working n formalities as an HR Manager in the Hospital.
