I am looking for all the deduction rules for creating a salary. I have only 4 employees and it is a PVT. Ltd company and will have upto 9-10 employees by end of this year, so I am looking for a Salary calculator, with Conveyance allowance, Telephone allowance, other allowances which my employees can use for better tax deductions. I am also guessing that I don't have to cut any PF is that right when do we start deducting PF and if you can provide info on TDS or any other taxes that I have to deduct from the payroll?
