Dear HR Pro

We would prefer candidates who are MBA/PGDBA with about 1-2 years of experience (preferably in recruitment). The position is based out of Mumbai and will include certain amount of travelling within India. Interested candidates can reply with their profile and contact details
I would be interested in discussing this opportunity. I am an MBA with around 2 years in Recruitment and Resource management with respected corporates. I would appreciate if you could let me know your contact coordinates so that I may post my profile confidentially to you or you can get in touch with me on 9820567782 or at my email address: .
Thanks and Regards
Just gone through your post. I am wondering a mere exp of JUST 1-2 YRS can handle the responsibility of Assistant Manager level. I guess for such middle level kind of position, you must ask for exp between 5-8 yrs. Manager is something who brings experience, gathered from different / different backgrounds from different sources, the one who can speak out from his position based on his/her experience.
Anyways my friend, this was just a suggestion, rest it totally depends upon the circumstances, company policies etc...
